The WhatsApp service offered by Afrihost is some kind of MAGIC... Ompah displayed such patience and competence today in helping me to solve website backend access and mail access. IF I could have scored Ompah a 20/10 I would have. THANKS!!!!

After calling the Afrihost’s landline to discover that they were closed and I needed to sort out my lack of internet access, I attempted the WhatsApp chat support. I only had a minor problem which was identified through initial picture being sent to my technician and then a video which quickly pointed to the problem and potential solution. For this minor issue the WhatsApp support was brilliant and although as my WiFi was down I was still able to communicate with the technician via my phone data. Keep it up Afrihost!
