Afrihost after sale service and technical support is definitely way above our SA expectations and belief. You can compare it to overseas expectations and they would be NO 1 in my view

After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots. Great service, kind assistance and over all a fantastic experience. I recommend that everyone should use afrihost as their service provider. Keep up the good work.

Got a pleasant surprise from Afrihost! I'm on a Fibre package and my internet speed was increased at no extra charge! And this was for all subscribers I think 😅 Happy Holidays Afrihost Team!!!!!
